Refeueling the tanks today. This week killed me. Getting like 5 hrs of sleep is Bush League.
Had some good lessons with our investigators. All of which were Arabic this week so that was cool. These people come from crazy backgrounds.
James was baptized in Köln on Saturday! His fam showed up and now his brother is being taught. His aunt from Hong Kong flew in for the baptism too. Jīngrén 惊人

Church was good. Had a way crazy experience I can't really share over a weekly email but ya.
The sun was shining and we did a bunch of contacting by the river right next to our house that night. Nobody wanting it, so I see this dude with fishing poles and I just had to talk to him. We had a blast talking about fishing. He's from Kazakhstan and just loves the tug on the rod. Said he will come to church if the fishing sucks next Sunday haha. Also found a wayyy dope German girl that night that we are meeting with in a few days.
Elder Haywood is super sick so we went on some splits, those were interesting. Always weird when an elder who has been out a year hasn't read PMG yet....
Had dinner at a 97 year old members house. She was so nice. Ate some classic Abend Brot with her, her daughter, and grandson.
Yesterday I commented on a grandmas glasses in the bus because the sun was so bright and we had a good convo. She was so "beeindruckt" about our missionary work and that the true church is restored. She was so giddy taking that Book of Mormon. Praying she feels the power of the words when she reads.
The sun is finally out a little bit. Yesterday was the first day I didn't have to wear a coat or jacket in 4 months so that was blessed. Looks like the undercover days with a jacket are over.
This weekend is Karneval in Germany. They go way too hard for these next 4 days. Pray for me to stay safe, not get kissed, or punch anyone.
Thanks.
Talk to ya in March.

"Knowing that the gospel is true is the essence of a testimony. Consistently being true to the gospel is the essence of conversion. We should know the gospel is true and be true to the gospel."
