Week 90- Number 16
Freak! First off Happy 15th Birthday to Trevin last week!! Stud. Couldn't ask for a better brother. Got to call him on his birthday, was rad. I heard he is now as tall as me..... RIP
This week was a romper. Transfer calls Saturday, Elder Haywood is now in Hagen and Elder Chancellor is my new companion. A kid from Oregon in his 3rd transfer. I keep getting these new missionaries it's hilarious. I miss Haywood so much but the kid is gonna Full Send It in Hagen.
Our German Aunt&Uncle members took us to a "Goodbye" dinner at the Genuss-Gesellschaft, wayyy fancy yummy restaurant here. We got so spoiled.
We had 3 random dope German dudes show up to church and they were diggin it. A wild story about church and a member Sunday but I'll save that one for being home..... Haywood did a good job of making sure I didn't throw any fists
🏼
Had some sweet appointments with people who are awesome here though this week. On transfer day my comp took the wrong train so I ended up being alone in Koblenz for 4 hours. Had no idea what to do so I went around the city alone, said hi at the local Asian shop to the homies, bought some aloe drink and Sriracha to last me through these last 6 weeks here. Took a bus back home to clean and study then traveled back a while later. Weird being alone.
I love being a missionary, this is the truest work on the earth today. The Lord is gathering Israel for the preparation of the second coming before our eyes. He speaks through a living prophet today, who leads and guides the kingdom of God here on earth.
Read the scriptures
Say your prayers
Listen to the still small promptings of the Spirit
Enjoy the small simple things
Laugh
Smile
Laugh some more
Be grateful
God is good my friends. Stay woke.

Week 89- "You don't make friends, you just recognize them."
The baptism in Wiesbaden was dope Saturday. The interview was so cute haha she had all the answers written on her arm, she was hilarious.
We also had Flashbang hot sauce. Use to hold the world record. I was dying. Had to sip on nasty buttermilk for an hour to cool off. I'll attach pics.
I walked into a shop this week and the guy in the store kept asking me if he could get me anything and I was like wow this guy is really nice. So I get my stuff and go pay and he's like ok I have to ask if you're a German soccer player. Haha, I was dead. He and his daughter were convinced I was. Way funny! Hopefully, he wasn't too disappointed when I told him I was just a 21-year-old American here for the church of Jesus Christ.
We found an awesome mom from Romania this week. Her family is going to have us over soon. We have been seeing some cool miracles finding people or people finding us! Busy next couple weeks of teaching appointments for us.
Elder Haywood had his first Mettbrötchen this week. It's a roll filled with raw chopped pig meat and raw onions. He also developed his first roll of film-photos with his camera he bought. I'll attach some.
The work is rolling right now, the sun is shining and next week I will get the last comp of my mission. Crazy.
Thanks for the prayers and support. I realized I have been out here way too long when nobody sent me a March Madness bracket to fill out. It's alright. I see who my real friends are now..... only a little salty. March madness and Baseball season right around the corner!!! Herrlicher Tag!
Happy Persian new year Today!
