Daxton's Opening his Mission Call

On March 7, 2016,  Daxton's Mission Call finally arrived in the mail after 2 long weeks of waiting. Daxton had slept over at his friend's cabin with all of his buddies the night before and he got a call that next morning with the news that his mission call had come in the mail. Luckily, he and his friends were out fishing and wouldn't be home until later. Daxton wanted his opening to not be a big party, so he just invited his family and close friends and some of their parents.

Daxton was called to Frankfort, Germany and leaves to the MTC (Missionary Training Center)

on July 6, 2016 at gets dropped off at 1:45 pm.

Daxton wanted everyone to guess where they think he'd go. His sister, Jaylee, his cousin, Jaida, and Grandpa Jay guess that he would go to Germany!

Daxton took a few years of German in high school but didn't take it too seriously but now he'll have to be serious about it and learn the language fluently! He is so excited to go and serve the people in Germany, get to know them, and spread the gospel. We are all so happy for him!
