Well, the week was crazy fast.
Saw some cool stuff, found some awesome people and lots of laughs. Work is picking up a ton here.
Saturday we were contacting all day and just came home soaked from head to toe with rain. My comps shirt was dyed the color of his jacket. So bummed but "That's tough, that's real missionary work"
Sunday was dope!!! 2 boys who the elders have been trying to work with for yearsssss in the ward came up to us and were like hey elders we really want to get baptized now. Everyone pray for Justin and Benjamin. Lil Homies. The look on my comps face when they asked was priceless he didn't even know what to say.
Had splits this week here in Koblenz so that was way fun. Piet took us to dinner for schnitzel and then we got in contact this with some awesome investigators.
This week I really tried to talk WITH people instead of talking TO people and idk if I've ever had more time or had people listen more to us. Sometimes I forget that out here. Being genuinely interested in someone is more important to them than what we have to say sometimes.
Been studying 3 Nephi this week and wow. So much to learn from that book of scripture. It's cool to see the changes in the church in 3 Nephi compared to now.
God is real, he loves us so much. How blessed are we to have prophets and apostles in our day?
Also saw the video on lds.org of the new Rome temple. Def trynna visit that place post-mission so cool, I miss the temple.
