It’s my sister Dacia’s 17th birthday this week! Happy birthday. Freak time flies
Sorry to anyone that tried to email me this past week, I’m sure you got some weird email back saying my email was shut down. I’d still love to hear from ya though

This week consisted of “service” coburger bratwursts, a dope lesson, hopping on the wrong bus, hopping on the wrong train, bearing testimony on the streets, talking with people whether they liked it or not, and ripped pants.
Saturday we were at a family’s house in the ward who has had missionaries over every Saturday for who knows how long. We get there and they were wondering why we didn’t have yard working clothes on and I said because we are missionaries and when you don’t tell us specifically to bring different clothes we don’t. We then proceeded to be dressed up in denim overalls and duck hunting boots. They sent us out into their Black Forest of a yard to pick up sticks so that the lawn can be mowed. It’s ok though because their field is not white and ready to harvest and that field hasn’t seen a lawnmower since the Second World War. We finished up after about an hour of this and the guy proceeded to pull out two huge weed whackers and tells us to cut down everything inside the fence garden line. Luckily he handed us a pair of moldy ear mufflers and some foggy glasses. We proceeded to labor away for another hour in the yard whacking down tall wet grass in our white shirts that slowly became greet with sweat dripping off the glasses. Finally we're allowed to change and eat and then we shared a spiritual thought and bounced out of there. Needless to say, I was a little sour after this appointment and am now trying to organize a ward activity over there so that the missionaries don’t proceed to be part-time yard workers at this house anymore.
Monday we got Elder Whitney all situated Legally to love here in Germany and that all worked out great. He will have his visa in like 3 weeks. Never seen the government so willing to work with us. (Haha sorry Elder Felix, I know you're bitter with this one)
Had a great appointment that day with a guy who can’t make it to church and on the way home I felt like we should go by some less actives on the college and our potential ended up just getting home and we were able to teach the entire first lesson. He ended up saying the closing prayer and expressing his overwhelming joy and curiosity he was feeling towards us and our message and specifically the Book of Mormon. We are way stoked for our boy Gerardo from Quito Equador, we are really hoping he chooses to keep commitments and come closer to Christ.
Rest of the week consisted of a district meeting and contacting. I and Elder Whitney are having a way good time. Training is hilarious and just puts a ton of things in perspective. I read some way cool things this week that I’ll put at the bottom of my email.
Today we are going back to the Puma and Adidas factory store so #RIP
Also, Meek Mill made it out of prison.
Love you guys have a fun week!

Alma 9:28
Proverbs 3:5-7
Elder Cook from last conference, check this out! He just slides this in there. Retweet if you catch it.
“In conclusion, please be assured that senior Church leaders who preside over the divinely appointed purposes of the Church receive divine assistance. This guidance comes from the Spirit and sometimes directly from the Savior.”
Shout out to Kaleb-Heinz Augat for the name tag work!!

| Lino, biggest OG of them all. He wears a missionary tag and carries a Book of Mormon to school every day and tells everyone he is a missionary. |
